License to use website
You may use Tipify to send tips to staff members at participating businesses by scanning the QR code provided by the business. Your tips will be processed securely using Stripe, and the recipient will receive their tip in the form of a deposit into their Stripe account which the recipient can then transfer to their bank account.
Acceptable use
You must not use Tipify in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
You must not use Tipify to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use Tipify to process any peer-to-peer money transmission. All tips are paid for services that the sole proprietor has actually provided to you.
